These Terms of Use govern your use of the Sard app and this website. By using Sard, you agree to these terms.
Using Sard
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Sard on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract.
Your content
Your notes, recordings, and tasks are yours. You grant Sard the permissions needed to store, process, and display that content so the app can work, including creating transcripts and syncing services you connect.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Sard: no illegal content, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and no use that infringes the rights of others.
Third-party services
Sard can connect to services such as Google Calendar. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Subscriptions and purchases
If Sard offers paid features, purchases are billed through your App Store account under Apple's terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store settings.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep Sard reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimers
Sard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Transcripts and automated suggestions may contain errors, so review important items yourself.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sard and its team are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Sard at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Sard operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
